13 reasons why is an American drama web television series,  developed by Netflix. The series portrays seventeen-year-old Clay Jensen and his friend Hannah Baker, who are in high school. Hannah Baker, who is in high school.

Hannah takes upon her own life after she faces bullying and sexual assault in her high school. She also faces a lack of support from her friends and becomes a hot topic for gossips. In the weeks preceding her suicide, she records a bunch of cassette tapes with detail of why she chooses to end her life.

Release date of season 4

In May 2017, Netflix came up with the second season of 13 Reasons why because of the love that the initial 13 episodes received, the second season was released on May 18, 2018, and received quite negative reviews from its audiences.

After looking at the reviews, Netflix released a video that cautioned viewers on some of the topics 13 reasons why covers. The third season shoot started in June 2018, and it released on August 23, 2019.

In August 2019, the series renewed for a fourth and final season, which will premiere on June 5, 2020.
