13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim, the upcoming video game’s released is delayed. Many PlayStation 4 titles from Vanillaware and Atlus were going to release on September 8th, but unfortunately, it has now been postponed to September 22.
No exact reason was given for this change. However, the announcement alongside the new data showed that an English voiceover patch will now be available at Launch.
13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim: So, what is the game about?
The game follows 13 interesting intertwining stories. This game comprises of 2D side-scrolling narrative elements alongside top-down combat against gigantic monsters. A time-traveling narrative will be the game’s center. Players will unravel the truth in this adventure featuring gripping narrative. The game offers breathtaking art, interspersed with fast-paced and top-down tactical combat.
Allie Doyon, a member of 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim’s localization team gave us a heads up and revealed some information in an interview. The coronavirus pandemic disrupted the entire release schedule. So, they had to postpone the release.

Allie further said that everyone involved, especially the studio owners, engineers, and actors themselves had to come up with alternative solutions to get the job done. They give paramount importance to actors and worker’s safety. On the other hand, but nobody wanted to give up on this game’s incredible English voice track, either.

Aegis further said that it was a difficult job to do everything over a video conference call, but in the end, it was worth it. The actors set up makeshift studios in their own homes to achieve that studio quality. The team faced many technical complications but everyone went the extra mile to finish the project.
