Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope took to twitter to reveal this information. However, he deleted the tweet minutes later.
His now-deleted tweet read, “Smt Aishwarya Rai Bacchan & daughter Aaradhya Abhishek Bachchan have also been detected positive for COVID-19. Smt Jaya Bachhan Ji is tested negative for COVID-19. We wish the Bachchan family to get well soon with a speedy recovery.”
Last night, the report of Aishwarya and Aaradhya came out to be negative. But their final test report revealed on Sunday that the mother-daughter had contracted the infection.

On Saturday night, Amitabh Bachchan also took to Twitter to tell his fans about his reports that came out to be positive.
His tweet read, “This evening I have been tested CoviD positive and have been shifted to hospital .. Family and staff have undergone tests.. Results awaited.. Hospital shall inform authorities .. All those that have come in close proximity to me in the last 10 days, please get yourself tested ..”
Moreover, minutes later, Abhishek Bachchan also confirmed that he has tested positive too.
He tweeted, “Earlier today, both my father and I tested positive for COVID 19. Both of us having mild symptoms have been admitted to the hospital. We have informed all the required authorities. And our Family and staff are all being tested. I request all to stay calm and not panic. Thank you.”
