Balance Unlimited Season 1 just ended and fans want more of this detective mystery series. ‘Fugou Keiji Balance Unlimited’ is undoubtedly one of the most entertaining shows of the season. The anime’s charming characters compensate for its lightness and less complex plot points. Additionally, The anime’s flashy animation and gimmicky action scenes can make anyone stick around it for hours.
The first season has now come to an end and for obvious reasons, fans are asking for the second season. Here’s everything you need to know about the anime’s second season!
Balance Unlimited: Season 2- Release Date
The anime’s first season premiered on April 10, 2020. It aired for a total of 11 episodes and wrapped up on September 25, 2020. The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the anime’s schedule. However, it still has managed to gain a huge fan base all over the world.
The anime has received slightly above average reviews on most platforms and it’s not bad for the first season. Additionally, The anime’s storyline and the plot have much to give and it will surely get better from the valuable feedback. Unfortunately, the anime is not renewed for the second season yet. However, from its popularity and content, it has a pretty good chance of returning soon.
CloverWorks Studio has produced an anime. The studios are famous for gems like ‘The Promised Neverland’ and ‘Bunny Girl Senpai.’ In the past, out of all the anime the studios had made, only a few were renewed. These few were also immensely popular and also performed exceptionally well. Additionally, CloverWorks already has some big upcoming projects under its belt.
The anime is based on Yasutaka Tsutsui’s novel titled ‘The Millionaire Detective’. The novel is more mature and less funny as compared to the anime. If the anime does well in the rest of the year, then it will surely be renewed.
The story revolves around the incredibly wealthy Daisuke Kanbe (Yūsuke Ōnuki) who audaciously solves cases in unconventional ways. The anime has an ancient background as it was made in 1977. It is now also adopted into a modern-day drama. Kanbe is assigned to the “Modern Crimes Task Unit” — a unit created to keep problematic officers away from others. Here, Kanbe partners with Haru Katō (Mamoru Miyano) at the unit.
