Beastars Season 2 First Look out!! Some major details released!

Beastars blew up all the records when makers released it on Netflix. It became one of the most significant anime entries on Netflix. The world of Beastars introduced the viewers to the world of Legosi and his friends. This manga series takes us to modern, civilized, anthropomorphic animals with a cultural divide between carnivores and herbivores. The series gets its name from the in-universe rank of Beastar, an individual of great talent, service, and notoriety.

Origin of Beastars

Orange adapted Beastars, and it aired from October to December 2019 on Fuji TV’s +Ultra programming block. Viz Media is responsible for the English adaptation of the manga, and Netflix owns the license. This storyline won multiple awards in 2018, including the 11th Manga Taishō Award. It became the first one to receive the Akita Shoten title. It also won the New Creator Prize at the Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize. Not to forget the 42nd Kodansha Manga Award in the shōnen category and the New Face Award at the Japan Media Arts Festival.

Storyline of Beastars

 Beware of the spoilers if you haven’t watched!! Legoshi, apart from being a giant gray wolf, is a timid and quiet student of Cherryton Academy. He resides in a dorm with several other carnivorous students like his outgoing Labrador friend, Jack. Legoshi is also stage head in the school’s drama club and is a massive supporter of the actors club headed by star pupil Louis, a red deer.

Twist enters the plot after the ruthless murder of Tem, the alpaca. This event sets off the calm between herbivore and carnivore students. There is a romantic twist to the story as well!! Legoshi encounters Haru, a small dwarf rabbit who feels for Louis, but Legoshi also builds a soft corner for her.

Is this the last season?

Unfortunately, the manga, Beastars has officially come to an end. There is much left for the anime series to cover, and there is content for the third season. The creator of Beastars is Paru Itagaki. She is the daughter of  Keisuke Itagaki, the creator of Baki The Grappler, another series running on Netflix. Both the series has been going strong on Netflix. Hence, we can safely say this family is delivering reliable anime content!!
