Halle Berry, in preparation for a new film, got a boxing lesson from a UFC champion, and the actress looked like a real pro while they squared off in the boxing ring. The 54 years old Halle Berry trained hard to play the role of an MMA fighter in her upcoming movie titled, Bruised.
The movie was premiered in the month of September at the Toronto International Film Festival. She shared a new look of behind the scenes at her training for the film, where she was seen getting a boxing lesson from Valentina Shevchenko, a UFC fighter.
Halle throws a punch in the direction of Valentina in the clip, while the UFC champion kicks back. She looked like a real pro in the clip despite being a novice and was wearing a one-piece spandex workout outfit, with her beautiful hair pulled back into a ponytail, and she looked like she truly meant business.

Halle Berry captioned the quick clip, “Learning from the champ.” In her upcoming film, Bruised, Halle will be seen playing the role of a disgraced MMA fighter who has to face one of the rising boxers in the sport while also raising her six years old son.
In addition to being a star in the film, Halle also made her directorial debut with the film. The online streaming service providing platform, Netflix acquired the rights of the distribution to the film ahead of its premiere at TIFF, but a release date on the streaming giant has not been revealed yet.
