Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War | Know All About It!

The next instalment of Call of Duty was confirmed last week by Activision, and it is all set to be a revival of the fan favourite Black Ops series of the developer, Treyarch. The upcoming title, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, will be following the Modern Warfare of last year. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has been the most successful game in the history of the franchise, and the ever-evolving, free-to-play battle royale has played a major role in doing so. It also acted as a bridge between the current consoles and the next-gen consoles.

Treyarch, the long time developer of COD, and the Raven Software, the fellow Activision subsidiary, have conceived a pretty ambitious plan. In case if they are successful in pulling it off then the immense momentum, Modern Warfare game, which was built for the long-running first-person perspective shooter franchise may continue years in the future.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Details Revealed

The representatives of the studio walked us through the structure of Black Ops Cold War in a briefing with the press in this month. It is going to have a flashy, single-player campaign in the Hollywood style, reminiscent of the Modern Warfare reboot of the last year. There will also be the signature multiplayer modes of the series that are redesigned and tweaked to give Raven and Treyarch room, to build on what was created by the Infinity Ward, alongside the revived Zombies mode.

Also, all of it will be connected through Warzone, which is going to live on for the existing player of COD, and will be linking together with those that picks up Black Ops Cold War. This all will be done regardless of whichever platform they decide to play the game on.

The Black Ops Cold War game is all set to be launched on November 13, for all the devices of the current generation. Activision has announced today along with the confirmed versions of Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 coming on Holiday 2020. Along with this, the company is also selling a cross-gen bundle which costs around $69.99, that is $10 costlier than the standard version. This will have access to a version of the game on Playstation 4/ Playstation 5, and Xbox One/Xbox Series X.

Activision has promised to reveal more details and information on the Call of Duty: Balck Ops Cold War and Warzone later.
