Cursed Plot Summary
The series is through the eyes of Nimue, a shy girl with a mysterious gift. This gift will eventually help her to become the powerful Lady of the Lake. After losing her family because of the religious extremist group known as the Red Paladins, she finds Arthur, a mercenary, in a quest to find Merlin and deliver an ancient sword. During her whole journey, Nimue will become a symbol of courage and rebellion; she’ll become a warrior, a leader, and a legend with time.
What Happened To Nimue At The End? Will She Survive?
Morgana, Nimue, and injured Merlin somehow manage to escape the camp of the Red Paladins after killing Father Carden. Just when they reach the stone bridge near the waterfall, they are attacked by Sister Iris. She’s been promised that she can only become a true Red Paladin only if she kills Nimue. As she shot Nimue with her arrows, she fell into the water from the bridge. After realizing her death, Merlin used the Excalibur to defeat the Red Paladins and then escaped with Morgana.
We never saw Nimue’s body in the river. What we only saw was just an image of an injured Nimue floating through the water with some blood on her. There could be a chance that she’ll be alive; after all, she’s the Lady of the Lake. After reviving, she must complete her quest to save her people.
