Lionsgate’s Sci-fi adventure story starring Tom Holland and Daisy Ridley has finally got a release date after reshooting and delaying it almost 2 years. This one is from a young adult science fiction book series written by British novelist Patrick Ness.
The movie is directed by Doug Liman and written by Charlie Kauffman.
Tom Holland and Daisy Ridley will be starring as Todd Hewitt and Viola Ade, respectively, Cynthia Erivo as Hildy, Mads Mikkelsen as Mayor Prentiss, Kurt Sutter as Cillian, Demaian Bichir as Ben, Nick Jonas Davy Prentiss.
The set is in a dystopian world where all the living creatures suffer from a virus named Noise because of which each of them can experience thoughts as a stream of images, words, sound. Where cacophony drives living creatures mad until Todd finds out that a girl named Viola could be a key to find answers to question. Where we can see epic and adventurous journeys to an unknown planet, also they have to remain stealth to hide from other living creatures out there, which may harm them because of trauma. So we can expect a movie like Twilight or The Hunger Games.
The movie was about to launch on March 1, 2019, but due to reshoots, the film was delayed on January 22, 2021, so now the film will be competing against other action-packed movies like James Bond, Wonder Woman 1984, and Fast and Furious 9.
