Fire Force Season 2 Episode 16: Dominion vs Haumea

Fire Force is a Japanese shōnen manga series written and illustrated by Atsushi Ōkubo. It is also is known as En’en no Shōbōtai, literally meaning “Blazing Firefighting Corps”. Its first season surfaced on 5th July 2019. It ran for 24 episodes and ended the same year in December. Although it had a unique storyline and interesting characters, the series was not a hit in the anime community. The fans were somehow not impressed and demanded the next season to be better.

All these complaints and hate comments about the first season were thrown aside when Season 2 came in. Not only did the overall production value got a lot better but so is its execution, its creativity, and even its characterization. The critics were impressed with the second season’s overall setup. Moreover, as the series proceeds, it’s getting better with every episode. Fire Force has finally picked up its pace and the fans are already in the full swing of this season. And, till now, the series has successfully managed to keep their audience hooked up.

Release Date

Fire Force Season 2 Episode 16 is all set to release on Saturday, 17 October 2020, at 1:55 AM JST. The Episode is titled “Mind Blown“. Note that new episodes of the anime come out every Saturday.

Summary of Fire Force Episode 15

While Victor is at the Haijima research facility, he realizes that Nataku’s Adolla Burst has been awakened. He releases Shira from the training room and together they search for Nataku while Company 8 race to their rescue in their “Matchbox”. They encounter a small, but powerful mech called a Dominion, controlled by Puppeteer. Maki and Vulcan combine their powers to defeat one Dominion, but Puppeteer has the ability to create more.

Meanwhile, Kurono has hold of Nataku and seeks out the weakest of Company 8 to destroy. But, he is thwarted by the intervention of Arthur and Shinra. The White Clad watch these events unfold, and Charon intercepts Kurono so that they can capture Nataku. Haumea also becomes involved and destroys all of Puppeteer’s Dominions, provoking Puppeteer to call out her massive punisher, Dominion, to fight Haumea.
