FRIENDS Wouldn’t Be Available To Stream In Netflix Canada From December 31st

Friends are about to depart in full in another Netflix region, with Canada facing the prospect of all ten seasons of the popular sitcom leaving on December 31, 2020.

Ten seasons of the NBC sitcom that is owned by WarnerMedia will be leaving in full as the new year rolls in. It comes just a year after the online streaming service providing platform, Netflix in the United States lost all ten seasons of the show.

The sitcom features Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow, and Matthew Perry, where they play 20-something friends living in Manhatten in the 1990s. The series has become a really hot commodity in recent years thanks to its increased popularity and thanks to its availability on the streaming giant.

The show has already found a new home in Canada. Bell media that owns Crave made an announcement that all seasons would be streaming on their platform and will be available in their entry-level package starting December 31.

Crave is a natural home until the streaming service of HBO, HBO Max launches in the region provided the ties between HBO and them now.

We have also previously seen similar moves in the United Kingdom where The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is already moving to Sky, who has a similar relationship with HBO and WarnerMedia to the one with Crave.

It likely indicates that the clock could be ticking, although it finally depends where you live and what Warner Brothers Television has in store in the future of the show. It is clear they want to release HBO Max worldwide, but exactly how it rolls it out still remains to be seen.

Some regions have only just got the sitcom in recent weeks and months. Netflix Australia, for example, received all ten seasons of the show just recently in the month of September of the year 2020.

Netflix in the United Kingdom seems to be the next region that will see the series depart in full, although it won’t be 2021. Once the series leaves, it’ll be streaming in at least 18 countries still, according to Unogs.

Well, you are running short on time, you should already start watching the show, and if you have already started, try to finish the show on time.
