The cause of death of Grant Imahara, the former co-host of Mythbusters, has been revealed. According to the updated reports from The Hollywood Reporter, Grant Imahara died suddenly after a brain aneurysm. The co-host was 49 years old. The news of the death of Grant was miserable, and all the fans are heartbroken after hearing this news. He was an essential part of the Discovery family and a nice man. A Discovery representative stated in a statement that their prayers and thoughts go out to him and his family. The statement from the representative was given to PEOPLE on Monday.
Why the death of Grant Imahara broke millions of hearts?
Previously, Imahara was an engineer at the THX division of Lucasfilm. He also moved to the Lucasfilm’s Industrial Light and Magic and worked on movies like The Lost World: Jurassic Park, all three prequels of Star Wars, and both the sequels of The Matrix.
Tory Belleci and Kari Byron, former co-hosts of Mythbusters, who worked closely with Grant for over a Decade, gave their reactions to the news of the death of their friend and colleague on Social Media. Tory Belleci said that he just could not believe it. He doesn’t even know what to say, and his heart is broken. He said a final goodbye to his buddy on Twitter.

Byron tweeted that they had so many adventures, and he taught him so much along with other tweets in honor of the late television personality. In a follow-up tweet, Byron said that she is heartbroken and in a shock tonight as they were just talking on the phone. This can’t be real. She also added in another post that on somedays, she wished she had a time machine.
Imahara together joined with Byron and Belleci made up the final piece of what was commonly referred to as B Team or The Build Team.
