Heidi Klum, a host and a judge on Germany’s Next Topmodel, has asked for an emergency hearing to take her four children to Europe when the production resumes. Heidi Klum and her ex-husband Seal have entered a legal disagreement about the 47-year-old model traveling along with their four children to her home in Germany. The names of their children are, Leni (16), Henry (14), Johan (13), and Lou (10).
The host of Germany’s Next Topmodel has reportedly alleged that the time of the singer with their kids is sporadic at best in the legal declarations documents. Heidi has explained in the documents that she and her ex-husband Seal, whom she divorced in October 2014, are sharing the joint custody of the children. But the current situation is, the kids are spending the majority of their time with their mother.
The America’s Got Talent Judge has specifically requested an emergency court hearing concerning traveling to Germany along with their children, when the production of the sixteenth season of the competition-based reality series resumes. Till now, the series has been filmed in Los Angeles, but now it is shifting its production to Germany due to the travel restrictions imposed for the crew around the COVID-19.
Heidi Shamed her Ex-husband Seal
Seal, however, has not approved of this trip yet, to which Heidi alleged that she is well aware of the precautions that are needed to be taken to ensure the safety of her children from the COVID-19 pandemic. She added that she would never put her children at risk and has taken all the precautions for Germany the way she does in the United States.
She also alleged that her four children have expressed that they would love to join her in Germany, and they don’t want to remain in Los Angeles. The documents say that it is possible that staying in Los Angeles may not be in their best interests. Leni also wrote a declaration that expressed that she, along with her siblings, would like to join their mother in Germany.
Heidi also gave suggestions various times and gave opportunities for Seal, a British Passport holder, to see their kids in Europe. The documents explain that there will be a break of three-weeks for the Christmas holidays. She agreed that Henry could spend the holidays with them again this year so that the children won’t miss the chance of being with their father during this time.
