New Marvel theory supports the claim that Hulk might convert into biggest villian in Avengers yet.

A new theory by a Marvel fan indicates that Bruce Banner could become a villain in Avengers 5.

Theory suggests that the villain of the fifth Avengers movie could turn out to be Hulk himself. The theory hails from a comic book run called World War Hulk. The character in the book became vengeful towards his previous allies such as Tony Stark and Doctor Strange, and pledged to take them down.

Fan Theorizes With A Comic Book

Elaborating his thesis the Reddit user wrote, “Banner gets depressed, starts thinking if only I was as strong as I was on Sakaar I could have snapped and brought Natasha back and/or defeated Thanos and save her from having to sacrifice herself. This leads to the “Devil” Hulk coming out which in the MCU will basically be a vengeful violent version of the super-strong World Breaker Hulk brought on by Banner’s guilt and anger.”

However, they haven’t tried upon a stand-alone on the character since 2008’s The Incredible Hulk (Edward Norton). While Marvel declared a separate Disney+ series called She-Hulk, on it’s way as a film or TV series diving deep into the green superheroes villainous side can be worth-watching.

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe films, Bruce Banner, the green superhero has had numerous interactions with both Tony and Dr Stephen Strange. Tony revealed to Bruce about his Ultron goof-up in Avengers 2. In Avengers: Infinity War, Bruce reached Doctor Strange’s doorstep after facing defeat from Thanos.

In Endgame, Bruce Banner’s Hulk had a severe injury on his arm as he snaps his fingers to bring everyone back. On the other hand, Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow sacrifices his life for the betterment of others. However, Tony Stark aka Iron Man takes up all the praise for the triumph.

The theory postulates that combined with the loss of Natasha and the agitation he feels towards Tony, Bruce might transform into a villainous character in Avengers 5. Both are plotlines that have hooked on in the World War Hulk comics.

A Conversation Between Hulk and Banner Couldn’t Make It To Camera

Avengers writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely recently disclosed that Bruce might not be as in command of his Hulk personality as he states he is. They added that after snapping his fingers, he was taken to the Soul world, where he Smart Hulk had an eye with an eye with Bruce. “We did write one,” the duo said, “a conversation between Hulk and Banner, but it didn’t make it to camera. Ruffalo showed up but Hulk wouldn’t come out of his trailer.”
