“You guys have crazy chemistry,” the host complimented, and Megan agreed!
Then, he asked her, “Would you two think about this collaboration project? Is that something that you would entertain?” Meghan had a “Good News” to narrate (which coincidently is also the name of her debut studio album that she dropped on November 20).
“That is something that we often talk about,” Megan opened up!
She continued, “So now that I got my album done and he just dropped his EP, we definitely need to get to work on that”. Megan was indicating towards My Brother’s Keeper (Love Live G). The EP came out as a tribute to DaBaby’s elder brother, Glen Johnson, who unfortunately left this world (at 34 years of age) on November 3.

They’re have also received multiple nominations at the 2021 Grammy Awards. Moreover, they are going parallel in two of the same categories: “Record of the Year” and “Best Rap Performance.”
DaBaby once described what drags him to Megan during a Billboard interview in Oct. 2019. After picking a question out of the bowl that asked which female rapper he would like to collaborate with and why, DaBaby didn’t waste a second to say Megan’s name. “She talks sh*t like I talk sh*t, and I’m a hot boy,” DaBaby elaborated, referring to Megan’s popular “I’m a Hot Girl” dialogue. He added, “Been a hot boy. So yeah, we’d burn that b-tch down.”
