Mix manga is all set to resume this winter. Shogakukan’s Gessan magazine announced the news on Wednesday. Mitsuru Adachi originally created the manga. It will return from hiatus in October. Here everything you need to know about the manga.
Mix Manga: When will it resume?
The manga went into hiatus because of the coronavirus pandemic. The pandemic has disrupted many anime’s and manga’s scheduled. Things are slowly going back to normal now. So, all the manga and anime are preparing for their return.
The manga will return from hiatus in the Shogakukan’s Gessan magazine’s November issue on October 12. Adachi launched the series in Gessan in 2012. This series is a sequel to his earlier Touch manga.
The manga is a Japanese baseball-themed shōnen manga series. Mitsuru Adachi is the manga series writer. The story revolves around two brothers.
Tatsuya and Kazuya Uesugi were two exceptionally great sports players in their times. They were brothers and always has each other’s back. In their school days, the duo brought Meisei High School to a great victory. They took their school to the championship and won. Unfortunately, after they left there was no one to defend the title. This was thirty years ago. Till now, that was the school’s only appearance in the championship.
Now, their hopes are high again. Both the brothers are married and have sons. Their sons are also very good at sports just like them. They are highly talented and athletic. Touma and Souichirou Tachibana are the stepbrothers. The brother has always heard stories of their father’s sports achievements. They are fully determined to walk on their path.
One day, the stepbrothers learn about their father’s legacy at Meisei High School. Touma and Souichirou Tachibana get to the roots of their father’s sports heritage and decides to do something about it. They decide to join the school and bring back the glory their fathers have brought long ago.
