Nancy Grace is adamant that 26 years old Breonna Taylor was shot dead in her sleep, and she revealed in an interview that she believes that the ballistic reports will prove her correct. The outrage of the public has continued as the police officers who shot Black Breonna Taylor on March 13, 2020, have yet to be arrested and charged with murder. Brett Hankison, one of the three officers, was charged with wanton endangerment for firing into the apartment of a neighbor in Louisville.
Nancy is a legal commentator and former prosecutor and is calling for all of the officers that are involved in the death of Breonna Taylor to be charged with her murder. She said in an exclusive podcast that she wants to see the ballistic reports, and she wants to see who exactly fired those bullets that killed her. She believes that Breonna was shot dead as she was lying down, asleep, but we can easily show that by seeing the trajectory path of the bullets.Nancy Grace

Nancy Grace Gives A Statement About Breonna Taylor Being Shot Dead While Sleeping: Is It True?
Nancy added that, for instance, did they enter the bottom of her feet and go up her leg? That will be a clear determination that she was lying down asleep; she will look at the evidence. She noted that whenever any civilian ends up dead in a police raid, something has gone horribly wrong, and she does not need a grand jury to tell her that.
The host of The Injustice also added that the charges filed against the officer named Hankison for wanton endangerment that has brought about public outcry were most likely the only charges that were provided for the grand jury to decide on.
This was later confirmed in an anonymous statement from a grand juror on the case who revealed that they never deliberated homicide charges against the police officers involved in the raid because Daniel Cameron, the Kentucky Attorney General, never presented them.Nancy Grace

She said that she thinks there may very well be an independent investigation. You see that happen largely because the public throws a fit, and they will be bringing in the state.
