Vikings: Valhalla is an upcoming Netflix historical-drama series, created by Michael Hirst and a spin-off series of the popular History Channel series Vikings. MGM Productions, like its predecessor, will produce the series.

The original series is currently made available to stream on Amazon Prime and Hulu in the United States, but the deal for Valhalla is not likely to include Netflix receiving Vikings’ six seasons. This doesn’t mean Netflix won’t pursue Vikings when the license is up at Hulu and Amazon.
