New Straw Hat Pirates: One Piece Creator Has Given Out Some Hints.

One Piece creator has revealed the reason why Luffy doesn’t award the Straw Hat Pirates with catchy nicknames.

One Piece is a manga series, which is written by Eiichiro Oda. It has been periodical in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since July 22, 1997. The series goes along with the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy, the main cast of the show.

“Luffy is the kind of guy who doesn’t want to recall any names because he doesn’t care, so he creates a name based on the relevant persons look,” Oda explained when asked by a fan.

Monkey D. Luffy, a boy whose body obtains the effects of rubber after involuntary eating a Devil Fruit.  Along with his crew members, Luffy investigates the grand line in the look for ‘One Piece,’ which is the ultimate world treasure. Luffy wants to become the next King of the Pirates.

The Straw Hat Pirates | One Piece

Luffy releases and befriends with Roronoa Zoro to organize his crew.  In their journey, they found Nami and joined him, a navigator and thief they both unit with him.

The Mugiwara Pirates, or we can say The Straw Hat Pirates are notorious and mighty rising pirate crew. The crew arose from East Blue, but they have different members from different areas. They are the supporter of the manga series, and are led by Monkey D. Luffy. After Luffy’s name, the crew was named ‘Straw Hats,’ which was given by Red-Haired Shanks.
