American Idol alum, Nikki McKibbin, passed away at the age of 42 on November 1. It was stated by her husband in a social media post that she was suffering from a brain aneurysm. Nikki is a singer from Texas who is best known for her third-place finish in the very first season of American Idol. She died on November 1 at the age of 42.
Craig Sadler, McKibbin’s husband, confirmed the news in a Facebook post that she died suffering a brain aneurysm on Wednesday. He added that she was taken off life support on early Sunday. Meanwhile, it was not mentioned by her husband, where she died.
Craig Sadler wrote along with a monochrome picture of the late singer, “Many of you already know that something is wrong. The love of my life, Nikki Sadler, suffered an aneurysm on November 1, Wednesday. The singer would already be gone, but she is an organ donor, and that is the reason that she has been kept on life support to make that possible. He added that should not be a surprise to us, even at the end, she is still giving.

Craig added further and said that she was so loved that he known thousands of her fans will be driving with them. There are only a few hours left for him to hold her hand and kiss her forehead. Also, the current COVID situation won’t allow the huge service that she deserves, but he would like to offer the opportunity to honour her.
