Part 2 Of Spirit Riding Free: Riding Academy Arriving On Netflix This September

A new season of Spirit Riding, the DreamWorks animated Television series for the online streaming platform Netflix is just around the corner. Part two, named, Spirit Riding Free: Riding Academy, will be added to the streaming service globally on September 4, 2020.

The Riding Academy is a spin-off of the main headline, Spirit Riding Free. This article will be providing you with all the information if you have not dived in yet.

A new chapter will begin for Lucky and her friends as they leave Miradero behind to learn and live at the Palomino Bluffs Riding Academy. The first part of the Riding Academy was released on Netflix on April 3, this year. Apart from the release date of the second part, not much is known about the Spirit Riding Free’s second part.

Spirit Riding Free: Riding Academy | What Else is Known?

Currently, on Netflix, there is a huge amount of content available in relation to Spirit Riding. The streaming service contains eight seasons of the main series that were released between May 2017 and April 2019. Along with that, there are collections of 1-2 of Spirit Riding Free: Pony Tales. The Spirit of Christmas was released in 2019.

Dreamwork is continuing its output on Netflix, but the later shows are beginning to dry up. Among some of the final projects of Dreamworks with Netflix, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous is one, and it is due to start in September this year. The studio will soon be focussing on the output for Hulu.

Also, don’t forget that more of Spirit Riding Free is to come after the wrap up of the series by Netflix. Dreamworks is planning a feature film for Spirit Riding Free, which was initially set to release in 2021. However, it is not known whether this plan is still on the tracks, given the disruptions caused by COVID-19.
