Pickles The Frog: Release Date

The anime is all set to land on Thursday, October 4, 2020, in Japan. Nakajima Corporation announced the title, cast, and staff for the television anime of their “Pickles the Frog” character. Nakajima Corporation announced the anime in June 2019.

The anime is titled ‘Pickles the Frog: The Color of Feeling’. It is titled ‘Kaeru no Pickles Kimochi no Iro’ in Japanese. The anime will premiere on BS12 on October 4. The show is going to have new short stories with each new two-minute episode.

Cast and Crew

The show has a huge voice cast. This makes it even more interesting and there will many exciting characters. Some of the cast members are Shoko Ikeda, Megumi Okina, Subaru Kimura, Miku Kanemura, Jun Kaname, Naoto Kine, Hiroki Nanami. Additionally, Akari Nibu, Megumi Hayashibara, Saori Hayami, Hiroko Moriguchi, and Miho Watanabe will join them. In a total of 50 voice actors are confirmed for the show.

Yukinobu Asai is directing the anime at Sunny Gapen. Asai’s Sumikko Gurashi: Tobidasu Ehon to Himitsu no Ko storyboards’ work is well known. Touko Machida is shown’ the main scriptwriter. Touko has written many famous scripts including Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Lucky Star, Smile Down the Runway. Chikako Hiruma will join him as another scriptwriter. Natsuko Echizen is responsible for designing human characters and illustrations.

Nakajima Corporation’s “Pickles the Frog” character is very famous all over the world. This character has inspired many stuffed toys, picture books, and various other merchandise. In the character’s fictional biography, it’s born in France on June 1, 1994. The biography is titled “qua mei dou” (a play on Tokyo’s Kameido neighborhood).
