Raised By Wolves: Season 2 Officially Confirmed At HBO Max

HBO Max has renewed the science-fiction drama named, Raised By Wolves by Ridley Scott for a second season after revealing that it has been the top-performing original of the fledging streamer. A second run of the drama has been handed by the Warner Media service, weeks after it has been launched on September 3 with three episodes.

It has been said by the company that the show was able to grow its audience in the second week of its run by nearly 50%. The plot of the series focusses on the two androids tasked with raising human children on a mysterious virgin planet.

As the burgeoning colony of the humans threatens to be torn apart by the religious differences, the android learns that controlling the beliefs of humans is a difficult and treacherous task. The executive producer of the show is Ridley Scott, and he has even directed the first two episodes of the series. It marked the directorial debut of Scott for the U.S. TV Series. The creator of the series is Aaron Guzikowski, who had previously created Prisoners.

It has been produced by the Scott Free Productions, and Scott, David W. Zucker, Jordan Sheehan, Adam Kolbrenner, Guzikowski, and Mark Huffam served as the executive producers of the show.
