Simon Cowell, the judge of America’s Got Talent, underwent a back surgery after breaking his back as he fell from an electric bike at his home in Malibu, California. While testing a new electric bike in the courtyard of his house in Malibu with his family, he fell off the bike and got his back broken in a number of places. He was taken to a hospital where he underwent an overnight operation.
The surgery of the 60-year-old TV actor took approximately six hours. According to the doctors, he is under observation and doing fine after the operation.
It is also said by a spokesperson for the AGT and the creator of the X-Factor that he is in the best possible hands, and the doctors are taking good care of Cowell.

Simon Cowell was out in Malibu with Lauren Silverman, his girlfriend, Eric their 6-year-old son, and her 14-year-old son from the last relationship. However, there is no update in the Cowell’s accident, and this might affect America’s Got Talent.
The first live show is scheduled to be aired on August 11, Tuesday. The show was scheduled to hold a live performance of the fifteenth season this Tuesday, with the results to air this Wednesday. It was announced back in July that Simon will be taking control of The X Factor and AGT. The takeover comes after Simon Cowell agreed to buy out some stake in Sony Music Entertainment’s in the joint venture.
AGT was created by Cowell, and he has also served as a judge for all the fifteen seasons. Along with that, he has also been a judge on The X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent, and American Idol.
