SSSS Gridman is a Japanese manga, which is an adaptation of the tokusatsu series Denkou Choujin Gridman. There has been news that the manga spinoff has been canceled. Let’s have a look at when the news was announced and the reason behind such a decision.
Manga creator Shun Kazakami, took to Twitter on Wednesday and revealed their plan of canceling the manga spinoff. He shared that their planned manga spinoff of SSSS Gridman is canceled due to the variations in the way for the manga’s story. Kazakami further added, they were struggling with the manga for more than a year and apologized for the cancelation of the manga.

The anime was premiered in October 2018. There are a total of 12 episodes in the manga. As revealed in the final episode of the anime, the “SSSS” in the name of the show stands for “Special Signature to Save a Soul.”
Further, Crunchyroll and Funimation are responsible for streaming this anime online. Funimation also provides the series in English dub. Above all, the manga is a part of “Gridman Universe.”
The series revolves around a first-year high school student, Yūta Hibiki. He lives in a fictional Japanese city. In an old computer, the boy meets the Hyper Agent Gridman. The agent states that Yūta has to fulfill a mission. Moreover, the unexpected arrival of Kaiju eventually changes the typical dynamics of Yūta and his batchmates. Then, Yūta, along with gets ready to fight Kaiju. Yūta and his friends now seek to stop the Kaiju and reveal the truth.
