Star-Crossed!! Manga Is About To End! 

Kodansha’s Bessatsu Friend magazine’s official website revealed on Tuesday that Junko’s Star-Crossed!! manga will end very soon. The website said that it is scheduled to end in the magazine’s October issue on September 12. The manga is titled Wota Doru: Oshi ga Watashi de Watashi ga Oshi de in Japanese.

Star-Crossed!! When will the next volume be out?

The manga premiered in June 2019. Kodansha released the third compiled volume on June 11 and the manga’s fourth volume will ship in November.

Kodansha Comics started releasing the manga’s digital version on March 24. They will publish the manga in print starting in February 2021.

Synopsis

The story revolves around Azusa. She lives and has dedicated her entire life for only one man: Chika-Kun, of the idol group Prince 4 U. Unfortunately, she dies trying (and failing) to save him. This might seem unfortunate, but for her, it was good luck. Now she can be in literal Heaven with the man she loves!

God takes the blame for the entire incident and sends them both back to continue their lives. Things don’t go according to the plan here. The duo’s soul is interchanged. They are in the wrong bodies! How will they get back to their bodies? What fate lies ahead for both of them?

Junko is well known for his Kiss Him, Not Me (Watashi ga Motete Dōsunda) manga. He published the manga in Bessatsu Friend in 2013 and ended it in February 2018. The manga’s final volume came out in Japan in March 2018. Kodansha published the manga’s 14th volume. You can read the manga for free on Crunchyroll. Kodansha Comics published the manga in print.

Star-Crossed!! Inspired a 12-episode television anime that premiered in October 2016.
