More regarding the advertisement
The beginning of the ad consists of a voiceover from Senator Kamala Harris (who stands along with Biden). She is heard asking, “Why are so many powerful people trying to make it so difficult for us to vote?” Apart from this, several clips in the video show moments featuring Trump’s administration for the last four years are included in the video. Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation to the Supreme Court is the highlight of the section. There were some flashbacks of significant moments like #MeToo in march and the latest #Black Lives Matter protests.
Dig at some big names in swift’s songs
Taylor’s song has a few powerful words that appear in the video depict political authorities. “And the big bad man and his big bad clan / Their hands are stained with red / Oh, how quickly, they forget,” these lyrics play over the pictures of current President Donald Trump, Mitch McConnel, Senator Lindsey Graham, and Attorney General Bill Barr.
The video acknowledges and inspires the youth to vote for Biden. It also showcases some critical issues that need to be taken care of like #MeToo, #ICantBreathe, #WearAMask, #SaveUSPS, and #Vote along with #BidenHarris2020.
Swift’s political career?
