Kailyn Lowry, the Teen Mom 2 star, is planning to put some hard work after welcoming her son Creed at the end of the month of July. She revealed her career and fitness goals on the Coffee Convos episode of Thursday, and she told co-host, Lindsie Chrisley, that her goal at the moment is to drop 50 lbs and join the Air Force Reserves.
Lowry revealed that she signed up at this gym that is local to her area, she said her plans to lose weight after the birth of her fourth child. She added that it is not particularly CrossFit, but it is sort of like that with the classes, it is like CrossFit in that way.

Continuingly she said that it is like resistance bands and you wear a harness and stuff like that and you do these cool workouts. However, she is aware of the fact that she will have to try harder in the kitchen than in the gym if she really want results and want to reach her goal. She told Chrisley that they have talked about this before; working out is not the problem for her; it is the eating that is the major issue for her.

The new gym family of Kailyn is very supportive of her goals, and she told me that when she went to meet the owners of the gym, they were so nice. She explained about the people she is going to work out with. Lowry was explaining to them where her head is at and what is her goal because it is really mind over matter for everything, even the discipline of the food.
She also explained the motto of Six in One, revealing that the gym owners believe that if you can manage to stay on track for six days a week, you can get a leverage on the seventh day. She added that On Sunday, if you f*** up, that’s ok.

Kailyn Lowry explained in an interview that this pregnancy of hers was way more difficult than the previous ones. She is already a mother to 10-year-old, Isaac, 6-year-old, Lincoln, and 3-year-old Lux. Because of her on-again, off-again relationship with Creed and Lux’s father, Chris Lopez, the reality personality considered terminating her pregnancy but ultimately decided to move forward mainly on her own.
