In order to get the show running, the entire cast members and the crew of the show was shooting in a bubble, and they were quarantined at a private resort in Southern California. The entry and exit in the resort was prohibited until and unless the person has been under quarantine for some days and tested negative for the virus. Even the host of the show, Chris Harrison, had to exempt from the shooting in order to complete his mandatory quarantine as he dropped his son to the college.
While no one was allowed to venture in and out of the set of the show, one player came to the resort, Bachelor Alum Adams, who replaced Crawley in the midway through the season. According to some reports, Crawley fell in love with one of her suitors, so the producers of the show decided to bring in Adams to become the Bachelorette.
