The Release Date for The Flight Attendant season 2!
No announcement regarding the release date has been done yet. The show’s initial plan was to merely follow the events of the book. Now, since it did gain quite the fan following, the series might go beyond what happens in the novel. The rest of the cast might take on another high-flying adventure.
Anyway, it might take a while until Season 2 drops. Unquestionably, HBO Max will make hay while the sun shines and get more episodes out to the public as soon as humanly possible.
Cast!
Kaley Cuoco, who plays Cassie Bowden and is the executive producer as well, surely needs to return as she is the lead. There are multiple domains in which her character can move forward. Cuoco recently reflects in an interview with The New York Times, “What if we go down this route of her living this new lifestyle, trying to be sober and clean up her act, and there is no excuse anymore? And what does work now look like? What does love now look like?” Cassie’s definitely a new person by the end of season 1, allowing the writers to play with her role.

Given the high praise she receives in season 1, it’s also probable we’ll see more of Rosie Perez’s Megan Briscoe. Zosia Mamet and Michelle Gomez’s return might be on the cards as well. So could Griffin Matthews, who plays Shane Evans in the first season.
