The anime’s story revolves around a kid named Iruma. He is a diligent and hard-working kid. He did everything and anything for his parents. Unfortunately, his parents were just straight-up irresponsible and erratic in nature. Iruma’s parents sell him to a Demon named Sulivan in exchange for money.
As an obedient kid, he did not say no or did not resist. Sulivan always longed for a grandson. So, he decides to take Iruma to the demon world and make him his grandson. The catch is that Iruma can never tell anyone that he is a human in the Demon World. If he does so, then the Demons will eat him!
Sulivan enrolls Iruma in the Babyls School for Demons as they arrived at the Demon World. Sulivan, who is now Iruma grandfather, is also the school headmaster. Iruma eventually settles in and becomes best friends with Alice Asmodeus. They both had a small scuffle earlier at the ceremony but now are best buddies.
Clara Valac is a highly energetic girl. Her special ability enables her to produce anything she’s seen before from her pockets. Clara always had trouble making friends and play with them. Iruma befriends her eventually.
Iruma tells her that does not have to give him anything to continue playing with him. He also tells her that he genuinely enjoys her company and being with her. Clara breaks down by this affection and starts crying. Now, Iruma and Clara are best friends. The story advances and Iruma is looking forward to his time in Babyls School for Demons.
